Apparently Howard Dean is seeing things more clearly since MO.'s 70% rejection of OamaCare. MO's results were not just a poll of 1000-5000 likely voters, but a true vote of nearly 1 million voters.
Howard Dean:
By the time this thing goes into effect in 2014, I think the mandate will be gone.
